The Scottish landscape, the hard and ancient rock that shapes it, the Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea surrounding its history and legends, the smell of peat, that epic atmosphere that echoes in every valley; a wild and living land, one of the world’s paradises for landscape photographers and travel lovers experienced in a continuous charm.
This workshop is organized to take advantage of all the needed time to admire the place and do landscape photography, immersed in some of Scotland’s most fascinating sceneries. It will start its itinerary in Edinburgh (set destination for our last day of tour) will climb up to Glencoe’s peaks, going through part of the southernl highlands, staying near Ben Nevis and going on to amazing Skye. The island’s locales, a load of breathtaking views, will be the subject of several shooting sessions over a 4-day-stay, giving us a chance to deepen its most wonderful contents with a slow pace. The intense winter season is the chosen time for this workshop, which will take place in March, the least rainy month. Accurate logistics and the support of large 4x4 vehicles will guarantee a solid development for a fantastic outdoor experience, which will alternate moments of sheer photo training on the field with evening reviews of the job done with HD projections.
