Are flights included in the price?
It depends on the workshop. Whether a flight is included or not is clearly specified on the page of the workshop you are interested in.
What kind of equipment is suggested?
To get the most out of a workshop with us, a spirit of adventure, a desire to discover new places and great passion for photography are necessary. Besides the information on the workshop page, a detailed description of the photo and personal equipment will be provided, together with more information and a questionnaire to fill in to get to know each other better, 30/60 days before the departure.
What kinds of payments are accepted?
To settle your registration and payment for the workshop you want to attend, you can use PayPal (even with a credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account), or a bank transfer to the bank details we will give you, depending on the associated tour operator who will manage the registrations. What happens if I want to cancel from a workshop?
If you want to back out of a workshop, you should promptly send us a notification email. Remember that your cancellation won’t be official until you receive our confirmation of receipt of email. The penalties applied in case of recession vary according to the kind of workshop and associated tour operator. They are always clearly specified in the trip program or communicated when registering.
Is the travel insurance included in the workshop price?
You can verify this in every workshop’s program: what is included or not in the price, whether the insurance is included or not. In case it is not, participants are explicitly asked to get a travel and medical insurance that covers the whole period of the workshop.
